The rear compartment of the VLE, which seats 3 to 6 passengers, is highly versatile: it’s perfect for both relaxing and working. Whatever your plans, everyone stays cool thanks to the optional dual-zone automatic climate control for the rear.
Classic or Excellence seat design—depending on the trim level you choose—is the first decision you’ll make among the many configuration options available for the rear seats. The individual seats are available in three comfort levels: Comfort Seat (manual), Premium Comfort Seat, and Grand Comfort Seat (electric). In addition, you can choose between manually and electrically adjustable three-seat comfort benches.
Individual seats and bench seats are available in a variety of upholstery options: from Quito fabric to ARTICO synthetic leather, as well as ARTICO synthetic leather / MICROCUT microfiber and Nappa leather. The color palette includes black, ivory beige, and beech brown.
The optional MBUX Rear Space Experience, featuring a retractable 79.5 cm (31.3") high-resolution display, takes information and entertainment in the rear seats to a whole new level. Watch a movie, play games, or join a video conference? How about doing both at the same time? Thanks to the split-screen function, the display can be divided vertically and show different content. If you’d rather enjoy the view from the vehicle, the display retracts back into its “garage” above the driver’s and front passenger’s seats.
